1. Eligibility for Refunds

Clients may request a refund under the following conditions:

• If the website or software project is 75% completed or below, a refund may be granted. However, the refund amount will be deducted based on the purchases made by Apexel Development for the project, including but not limited to:
  • Plugins purchased for project functionality.
  • Domain registration costs.
  • Lawyer’s fees for contract creation.
  • Premium themes or templates used in development.
• If the website or software project is 75% completed or above, no refund will be granted. At this stage, significant resources, time, and effort have been allocated to the project.
• If there is no signed contract between Apexel Development and the client, no refund will be given. The contract serves as a legal agreement outlining project scope, deliverables, and refund terms.

2. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Completed and delivered projects.
• Custom software development where milestones have been met.
• Marketing campaigns or services that have already been executed.
• Third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must send an email to info@apexeldevelopment.com with the following details:

• Project name and contract reference.
• Reason for the refund request.
• Proof of purchase or payment confirmation.

Each request will be reviewed based on the project’s completion status and incurred costs.

5. Modifications to This Policy

Apexel Development reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
